We are dedicated to changing the current paradigm of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuance testing. This testing is often done only once or twice a year, if that, by IT personnel who conduct light-duty staged tests, check a few boxes and then state “everything is OK.” We believe that Disaster Recovery and Business Continuance is a living part of an organization’s infrastructure, a day-to-day reality. We work with our clients’ Senior Management to review current plans for reality and effectiveness. We then make specific recommendations for improvement. We run surprise tests with Senior Management approval to uncover flaws and inadequacies in current plans. Updated plans are monitored by us on a regular basis for changes in infrastructure, personnel reassignments and new areas of potential vulnerability that might surface.
